The myREX24 V1 server, which has now been in use for well over 10 years, has provided reliable service. Unfortunately, the software platform and server structure of the V1 server is now outdated. In view of the increasing cyber security threats, it is more important than ever to rely on up-to-date cloud platforms that fulfil the state of the art. Due to the upcoming Cyber Resiliance Act, Helmholz is no longer able to guarantee the availability and security of the myREX24 V1 portal. The older the software, the more susceptible it is to potential cyber risks. In 2016, the XKDL: V2 successor portal was therefore presented and successfully launched on the market. This successor platform offers numerous improvements and fulfils more modern requirements.
We therefore informed our customers by serial letter at the end of August that the remote mainte-nance portal V1 of your system can no longer be maintained from 16/09/2024. This service will be switched off completely as of 31/03/2026.
We have submitted an offer to our customers for the changeover to V2. We have received a lot of feedback and we have also been able to carry out some successful conversions. If you have any questions, please send us an E-Mail to info@miromatic.com.
