With the P704, an MDA-1-MF SE system with a cycle output of 1500 buckets/h was created for a minimum foot-print available.

Customer requirement:
An existing powder dosing system with conveyor belt was to be improved in terms of out-put by a new upstream GBV/GVE (bucket storage/ bucket separation) and downstream DVE/GVD (lid seperation/ lidding station).
For the required cycle output of up to 1200 buckets per hour for bucket sizes up to 20 litres, a 2-line system would have been necessary with the previous units. This system would only have been a limited fit for the existing powder dosing system and would also have taken up too much space.
The high cycle output of the DVE is achieved by pre-separation. The DVE functions with two vacuum suction cups and the capping is carried out using a roller capper. The programme sequence has also been adapted to the new conditions. Thanks to the consistent implementation, not only the required 1200 buckets per hour were achieved. This even enables a cycle output of 1500 buckets per hour.
